God has created a man and a woman in His image, naming both of them human beings. But the fact remains that in many Third World countries the woman is still considered to be a second-class human. Apostle Paul taught that in Christ Jesus there is no man or woman. The woman, no less than the man, is precious in God’s eyes. However, the role and the calling of the man and the woman differ from one another. The woman is ultimately called to be a wife and a mother, to create and run the household, and to support her husband in his work. That is the honor of every married woman. Family is our first field of ministry. We will not be able to fully serve at the church or to be useful to our society if we are not fulfilling our main purpose.
