The work and purpose of pastor's department is geared toward systematic spiritual growth of church members and church visitors. On the path to knowledge of God and growth in ministry many individuals experience a series of hardships. Focused support and prayer of a pastor helps the individual overcome these hardships with minimal losses. Most importantly, to warn and safeguard youth from committing a series of mistakes. For this purpose the department organizes topical discussions, seminars, and meetings to answer and deal with actual and prevalent needs.

Preparation and acceptance of new church members.

Discussions with individuals who wish to make a covenant with God.

Organization and management of water baptism.

In addition to engagement and wedding ceremony, courses in preparation for marriage are offered to a small group.

Visits and prayer for the sick.

Consultation with respect to various spiritual questions.

Planning and performing communion and other forms of worship.

By looking ahead and monitoring church expansion we plan to develop and expand pastor’s department in year 2009 by attracting new individuals to ministry.

New project: Men’s ministry, which will be take place three times a year.

"Three times a year all your men are to appear before the Sovereign LORD, the God of Israel. I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your territory, and no one will covet your land when you go up three times each year to appear before the LORD your God." (Ex. 34:23,24).

Meeting possibility:

Every Friday, form 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – pastor’s day. Those who have a question and desire to receive advice, consultation, give a confession, can make an appointment to meet and pray with a pastor. Please contact our church office by phone: (916) 344-9378.
